1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your device and account secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
2. Menu and ordering
Menu items, ingredients, prices, service areas and availability may change. Images are illustrative. Please tell us about allergies or dietary needs before ordering; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. An order is accepted when confirmed by Leela's Kitchen.
3. Payment
You authorise our payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout. Additional delivery charges, taxes or discounts will be displayed before confirmation where applicable. A failed or reversed payment may result in cancellation.
4. Pickup and delivery
Quoted preparation and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by demand, traffic, weather and circumstances outside our control. Please provide a complete address and remain reachable. Responsibility for an order passes to you when it is delivered or collected.
5. Cancellations, issues and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or if an order is missing, damaged or incorrect. Eligibility for cancellation, replacement or refund depends on the order's preparation status and the circumstances. Approved refunds may take time to appear through the original payment method.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operations, submit fraudulent orders, scrape content at scale or use the service in a way that harms others or violates law.
7. Intellectual property
The Leela's Kitchen name, branding, software, design and original content belong to Leela's Kitchen or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit commercial reuse without written permission.
8. Service availability
We may update, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Leela's Kitchen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Andhra Pradesh, India, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
